Here's what you'll be responsible for as Market Research Analyst:

  • Perform comprehensive market research to understand the characteristics of SmartDraw markets
  • Identify key industries, market segments, buyer profiles, competition and optimum marketing messages
  • Help define product features most appealing to different market segments
  • Define prospective new markets
  • Establish and build SmartDraw core user group
  • Perform usability tests of SmartDraw with target customers
  • Develop key sales points to be used by sales team with different customer segments

The Market Research Analyst must have excellent research skills, and strengths in oral communication.

Here are a few requirements:

  • Bachelors degree with in-depth experience in market research techniques
  • Deep understanding of how businesses operate, business plans, etc.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Facility and comfort speaking with clients and partners
  • Excellent note-taking abilities
  • Familiarity with data mining techniques
  • Strong capability with Microsoft Office®
