Technical Support Specialists uphold this tradition by timely response to customer inquiries, troubleshooting reported defects and documenting usability issues, while providing technical assistance to end-users. In this capacity, Technical Support Specialists are regularly exposed to new product features and advancements, which continually enhances the breadth of their technical knowledge.

This position requires an enthusiastic individual who will leverage his/her communication skills and problem-solving abilities on a daily basis.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries from the email and telephone queue
• Explain product features
• Update online Knowledge Base
• Provide suggestions for product improvements, and draft tutorials and help text

The ideal candidate has:

• A minimum of one year's successful experience providing technical support of Windows^® applications, working in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with graphics software
• Some college coursework, or computer certifications/training. Degree is a plus
• Extensive experience working with all Windows^® operating systems as well as Microsoft Office^®
• The ability to clearly communicate with customers via email and telephone
• Problem-solving skills, and the ability to think through issues and implement work-arounds
• Dedication to quality and customer satisfaction
• The ability to maintain a great attitude with difficult customers
