David Watson is an account support manager for a $300M enterprise business intelligence software company based in New York City. The Company has been in business for over 35 years and has over 15,000 installations among its 3,000 customers. David has been a systems engineer in the software business for over 35 years, and a key element of his job is supporting customers on a post-sales basis.

For instance, when I right-clicked on the diagram, I could instantly see the measurements of the floor plan. From there I could show them, hide them, or bring them up on demand."

"The bottom line is I love how the program is laid out and how the SmartTemplate™ and SmartHelp™ features make it so easy to learn. I like the way you can pull up symbols and drawings, and then as you mouse over it, it shows you the possible alternative images. I also love how easy it is export into different file formats, and drop into Microsoft Office^® programs. This was often a problem with my previous program, but not now. Even though I'm not scheduled to be reimbursed for my purchase, it was worth my time and effort to purchase SmartDraw."
