Opposing counsel has seven days from receipt of service of the motion to file his memorandum of law and/or affidavits in opposing the motion. Service by mail is complete upon mailing. in the federal district court, file written motions and notices of hearing no later than five days before the date set for the hearing on the motion F.R.C.P. 6(d).
