You can use a flowchart like this to document shipping processes of an order.

Ship all UPS orders with World Ship, for International Express go to UPS.com to the commercial invoice
Open UPS World Ship and change the Profile at the bottom to 'SmartDraw'
Sort Batches by US Mail, US Mail International, UPS, Fed Ex, and DHL, using the Summary Order Report
Print -Summary Order report, Packing slip report, packing slips, batch detail report, press 'Post Batch' Button
Check all batches for fraudulent or duplicate orders
Go to Portal, expand batches, and go to 'Open Order'
From there, enter the bag weight and process the label
Go into UPS World Ship and change the Profile to 'U.S. MI', type "Mail" in the Customer ID and press the Tab key
Close all UPS Mail Innovations bags and weigh them
Pack all International media into 7 1/4" x 12" white envelopes and stamped all packed media. Place media into UPS Mail Innovations Bags
Pack all domestic media into 7 1/4" x 12" white envelopes and place packed media into UPS Mail Innovations Bags
Are there any FedEx or DHL Orders?
Go to FedEx.com or DHL.com using our log-in and print the labels
Enter tracking numbers from the "End of Day Report" into the Closed Batches section of Portal
Place bags and packages near the door along with the Driver Summary label
Close UPS World Ship and Run an 'End of Day Report'
Once all MI bags have been labeled, add the weight together and fill out the MI Control Form
