Welcome to the official training and certification program for SmartDraw.
Going through the
program ensures that you will not only become
proficient in using SmartDraw, but a bona fide SmartDraw expert.
How it works: Start with the level 1 interactive learning course and quiz. You will need the Adobe Flash player. Then, if you wish to continue learning, you can download and read through the other PDF courses.
There are 3 Levels of Certification
Learn the Fundamentals
Start by taking the Introduction to Smartdraw course. This forms the foundation of the program and is required before moving on to more advanced courses.
Specialize
Once Level 1 certified, you may then choose from any of the Level 2 courses below to become an expert in a specific graphic type. Take as many courses as you like to become certified for additional graphic types.
Become a Guru
Want to learn more? Take the Advanced Techniques course to learn everything there is to know about using SmartDraw.
Level 1 - Certification — Required
- Learn the Fundamentals
Learn the benefits of business graphics and how they can help you work more efficiently. You will also learn the basics of SmartDraw's interface and how to create the core visuals of SmartDraw.
Level 2 - Specialized Certification
- Flowcharts
Be the master of all things flowchart in SmartDraw. The course will cover the flowchart SmartPanel, how to create a flowchart, and what the proper symbols are to use.
- Org Charts
You will never look at org charts the same way. Master the org chart SmartPanel, templates, and power features like importing organizations.
- Mind Maps
Change the way you approach projects, meetings and brainstorming. After taking this course you will you be mapping all of your thoughts in minutes with SmartDraw.
- Gantt Charts
Become a certified SmartDraw project planner and spend more time managing your projects and less time fumbling with software. Topics covered include the Gantt Chart SmartPanel, adding tasks, and adding time.
- Charts & Graphs
Bar, pie, or line charts make data visualization easier. This course covers everything you need to make impactful charts and graphs using SmartDraw.
- Accident Reconstruction
You know how to reconstruct an accident, now learn how much easier it is using SmartDraw. You learn how to make the most of templates and symbols libraries to quickly make accurate diagrams.
