Adding and Aligning Objects
If you chose the blank form, you will need to add form blocks
to it. Click on a block in the Add Shapes Symbol Gallery
found in SmartPanel, then click again in the Work Area where
you would like to add it. Tip: if you let your cursor hover over a symbol for
a few seconds, the full title of it will pop up.
If you would like to add a form block to a premade form, click on the Library
tab to find a gallery similar to the Add Shapes group on
SmartPanel.
Add a logo or other image from your computer by clicking either Add
Logo (on the Form Design SmartPanel) or Add Picture
(on the Premade Forms SmartPanel) and browsing to the image in the dialog
that appears.
You can replace a placeholder in a premade form by first selecting the placeholder and then
clicking the Add Picture button. In the dialog that appears, select
"Replace" rather than "Insert".
To align objects you have added, hold the Shift key while clicking on each
object you wish to align. The last object you select will have black handles and is called
the Target Object. When you use the align command, all of the other objects will
align with the target object's current position.
In the Design tab, click Align and choose how you would
like to align the objects.
