Changing Shapes
Now to add the final step in the process: the software delivery; click the outer border, hold the Ctrl key, and press the right arrow key; SmartDraw will add the new shape. Since this will represent the last step in your process, let's reshape the process step from a rectangle to an oval instead.
In the Design tab on the Main Toolbar at the top of the screen, click Change Shape and select Change Shape from the menu. Then, select the Oval shape (second shape from the left on the top row). While it's still selected, begin typing to label this final step "Software shipment."
