Labeling
To label the line connecting the "Yes" (card is valid) and "No" (card is not valid) outcomes, click the Add Text command within the SmartPanel on the left. Next, click the upper line of the path connecting the decision diamond and most recently added process rectangles and type "Yes." Do the same for the lower line to type "No".
If the credit card is invalid, the e-mail sent requests the customer to enter a new credit card, so the process loops back to "Collect name, credit card, and address". To show this, we will draw an arrow from "Send e-mail reporting invalid credit card" to "Collect name, credit card, and address". Begin by clicking Connect Shapes in SmartPanel. Your cursor will change from a white arrow to a pencil icon.
Click the pencil in the middle of the bottom edge of "Send e-mail reporting invalid credit card", then move the mouse to the middle of the bottom edge of "Collect name, credit, and address" and click again. You'll notice small, black connection points appear along the border of the boxes, showing where your line can link. When you approach one of these points, your cursor becomes an anchor symbol, showing that your line will be anchored to that box, even if you move the box.
