Saving and Exporting
To save the completed drawing, click Save on the Quick Access Toolbar above the Main Toolbar. You can then save the file to a location of your choosing.
There are also shortcut buttons on the Quick Access Toolbar for Undo (undoing the last action taken), Redo (redoing the last action that was undone), New (creating a new drawing), or Print (printing the current drawing).
SmartDraw offers several modes of export to share your completed drawing, including inserting into Microsoft® Word®, Excel®, PowerPoint®. Again, it's as easy as clicking the appropriate Office® or PDF icon on the Quick Access Toolbar.
Additionally, you can create several other common file formats, including PDF, HTML, PNG, JPG, GIF, TIFF, BMP, and Metafile by clicking the SmartDraw Button in the top left corner of the Application Screen and selecting Export.
Choosing an export will open a dialog specific to that option; just follow the directions to complete the export.
Now that you're done creating a Gantt chart, why don't you try another one on your own? Begin with a Blank Gantt Chart SmartTemplate and use SmartPanel to create it in just minutes. If you happen to get stuck, just open the Gantt Chart SmartHelp on the right side of the Work Area for step-by-step directions.
