Sharing the Completed Flowchart
SmartDraw offers several modes of export to share your completed drawing, including inserting into Microsoft® Word®, Excel®, PowerPoint®. Again, it's as easy as clicking the appropriate Office® or PDF icon on the Quick Access Toolbar.
If you want to export to a file format other than PDF, click the SmartDraw Button, located to the left of the Quick Access toolbar, then select Export and choose a file format.
You can see in the image above that the Application Menu also contains options for printing and e-mailing your diagram.
