Working with Split Paths
The "Credit card valid?" decision will require two possible outcomes: a "Yes" outcome, which
continues to the next process (sending an e-mail confirmation) and a "No" outcome, which results
in sending an email to the customer informing them of the error and requesting a second credit card.
This means that the path must be split. To do this, select the decision, then click the
"Process" symbol in the gallery and click the Split Path right button in
SmartPanel. Label the top process "Send e-mail confirmation," then press the Tab
key to switch boxes and label the bottom process "Send e-mail reporting invalid credit card".
