 Accessing My Account After Purchasing SmartDraw

If you've purchased SmartDraw directly from SmartDraw.com (after March 30, 2000) and provided your email address, a SmartDraw account has been created for you and can be accessed by clicking here.

If you are a new customer, a SmartDraw account will automatically be created for you when you place an order.

If you have forgotten your password, you can have your password e-mailed to you at the e-mail address that we have listed. If you have changed your e-mail address or believe that the e-mail address that we have on file is incorrect, please Contact Us with the following information:

  • Full Name

  • Company Name

  • Order Number or Serial Number

  • Customer Number

  • Any Additional Contact Information

With this information we will be able to locate and update your account faster.

By having an account with SmartDraw.com, you will be allowed to login into your account and access information about your purchase of SmartDraw.

As well as:

  • Change your address or other shipping info


  • Change your email address


  • Change your password


  • Review your order history


  • Review any standing balances


  • Check the shipping status of your order


  • Reprint invoices from previous orders


  • Re-Download software from previous orders (only for orders from March 2000 or later)
