After you purchase SmartDraw, you are sent a confirmation e-mail. This e-mail will include your account information, serial number and instructions on how to login to your account.

Logging in to Your Account:
To login, go to the "Login" page of our website and enter your e-mail address and SmartDraw password that you received in your confirmation e-mail.

If you have forgotten your password, click the Lost Password link. Enter your e-mail address and then click on the Send My Password! button and your password will be sent to you shortly.

If you have not received an e-mail within one hour of making your purchase, your e-mail address may have been entered incorrectly, and you will need to contact SmartDraw Customer Suport for further assistance.
