Create a Legend
You can make a custom legend for your planogram by creating a table using the Table tab.

Click on the Table menu located under the Table tab. In the menu you will be able to select how many rows and columns your legend will have.

Once you have your table divided into the correct number of columns and rows, you can continue to fill in your legend information. Control your font style and alignment using the Controls in the Font and Paragraph groups located on the Home tab.

Change Cell Colors
To easily change the cell colors of your table, highlight the cells by holding down the mouse button and running your mouse over them. Once the cells are selected, right-click to get to the Cell Fill menu. Here you can select a color, gradient, or texture.
