How to Create Presentations and School Projects

SmartDraw makes classroom projects a breeze. With thousands of symbols and clipart, along with the power of automated graphics and SmartTemplates, SmartDraw can provide great illustrations for any classroom project or presentation.

SmartTemplates are each designed for a specific diagram type with settings and diagram-specific SmartPanel to facilitate the construction of that particular diagram type

To begin, simply click on a SmartTemplate in the preview area of SmartDraw's document browser. You can open a premade template which you can customize or simply use for your project, or you can click on a blank SmartTemplate to create the entire diagram.

Note: even blank SmartTemplates have special settings, so be sure to choose one that is meant for the type of diagram you wish to create.

After you choose a SmartTemplate, you will use a SmartPanel with diagram-specific controls to build your diagram. SmartPanel is designed so that you don't have to constantly dig through menus in order to make your diagram.
