As the license administrator, you'll be able to maintain control of any online documents created by users
associated with your license when users leave.
To transfer documents from a user, login to your account, click on "Licenses & Subscriptions," and choose "SmartDraw User Administration" under Identity Management.
Select the user you want to transfer documents from and click "Transfer Documents".
You will be prompted to enter the email address of another user on the account to transfer documents to and name the folder the documents will go into.
By default, we will select the administrator email on the license, but you can choose any other user.
