How to Set a New Administrator for Your Site License

As an owner of a multi-seat or enterprise site license, you can easily designate a different administrator.

Note: If you're trying to transfer a single-seat license to a multi-seat or site license, you can only choose a valid administrator of that multi-seat or site license when doing this.

Step 1: Login to Your Account

Follow these steps to login to your account and find your license.

Choose "Licenses and Subscriptions", click on your license ID or choose "Manage License," and then select "Assign Administrator."

Step 2: Designate a New Administrator

On the Transfer Admin Rights page, enter the new administrator's email address and click "Continue." If you're transferring your license from a single-seat user, this email can only be the email of the administrator associated with a site or multi-seat license.

After you confirm your intent to transfer, a transfer request will be sent to the email address you have entered.

To finish transferring the license, they will have to click on the link in the email sent to them. You will remain the Administrator of the license until they accept the transfer.
