Let's now add the other Vice Presidents to this chart. Select the Employee 2 box to the right of the Marketing team and label it "Mary White, Vice President Sales." Next, label the Employee 3 box "Jerry Black, Vice President IT." Your org chart should now begin to look like the image below.

At this point, you would normally continue adding associates to your org chart, but it uses the same procedure as that which we have covered, so we will now move on to formatting the org chart as if we had finished it.
