Once the rectangles are combined, move the loop into place on your chart.

Edit Text
To change the text inside symbols double-click on the area you want to edit and start typing. For objects that have multiple text fields (such as the decision symbol), click off the object once before choosing a new field.

You can change font size, font type, color, alignment in the Text menu and on the toolbar.

Add Color
You can add color to every shape in SmartDraw using the Shapes menu. For grouped objects (like the decision symbol), you can color each portion of the symbol by double-clicking on a specific part before choosing a color. Table cells can be colored using the options under the Table menu.
