Welcome to the official training and certification program for SmartDraw. Going through the
program ensures that you will not only become proficient in using SmartDraw, but a bona fide SmartDraw expert.

How it works: Start with the level 1 interactive learning course and quiz. You will need the Adobe Flash player. Then, if you wish to continue learning, you can download and read through the other PDF courses.

There are 3 Levels of Certification

Learn the Fundamentals Specialize Become a Guru
Start by taking the Introduction to Smartdraw course. This forms the foundation of the program and is required before moving on to more advanced courses. Once Level 1 certified, you may then choose from any of the Level 2 courses below to become an expert in a specific graphic type. Take as many courses as you like to become certified for additional graphic types. Want to learn more? Take the Advanced Techniques course to learn everything there is to know about using SmartDraw.

Level 1 - Certification — Required

  • Learn the Fundamentals
    Learn the benefits of business graphics and how they can help you work more efficiently. You will also learn the basics of SmartDraw's interface and how to create the core visuals of SmartDraw.
