Adding Color to Your Gantt Chart
Each cell in your Gantt chart can have a unique background color.
(Note: a gradient color combination will be applied to the entire table not just a single cell)

To change the background color of a cell or a group of cells, select the cells with your mouse, right-click, and select Cell Fill from the pop-up menu.

You can also change colors and styles from the Shape Style group or the Table Style group under the Table tab.

Border and Grid Styles
You can change the grid and border style of any chart, or of selected cells. To change the border thickness of the entire chart, make sure your chart is selected (click on the outermost border), go to the Table Style group under the Table tab, and select the appropriate line thickness from the Line command.

From the same Line command, you can also specify a dashed or solid border type or the color of your gridlines.
