Improve Visibility

You can change the visibility of your drawing by clicking the zoom tool on the work area title bar. This tool can be useful for zooming out of your drawing to see the entire chart while formatting.

Format the Gantt Chart

If you need to adjust the table columns or rows, just click on the edge of the table to select it (the cursor should appear as two arrows pointed in opposite directions. The black control handles appear as you click the edge of the table. Click and drag these handles to change the size of the whole table. Each gridline can also be moved by clicking and dragging it.

You can even switch tasks by clicking and dragging them directly on the Gantt chart.
