For greater clarity, SmartDraw automatically colors the hierarchy a different color to distinguish between the levels, but it's very subtle, so let's apply our own colors. Hold down the Shift key as you left-click all the subordinates (Engineers, Technical Writers, Designers, Developers, QA Engineers) of the supervisory members (Lead Engineer, Technical Editor, Lead Designer, Lead Developer, and Lead QA Engineer). Once they are selected, apply Quick Style Style10 to them. Your chart should now appear as below.

Last, but certainly not least, apply Quick Style Style11 to the Intern on the far right side of the Project Team chart and your chart will be complete and match that of the original figure as seen below.
