How to Export and Share Your Storage Design

Once your storage design is finished, you'll want to put it to good use. SmartDraw offers many different ways for you to share your design.

If you wish to print it as a PDF or just place it in a Microsoft Office^® document, simply click the appropriate icon on the Quick Access Toolbar at the top of the screen. If you had an Office^® document open when you click the icon, your map will be placed directly into it. Otherwise, a new document will be launched with the map inserted onto the first page, slide, or sheet.

You can also Save, Print, or Open a New Document using the icons on the Quick Access Toolbar.

For more in-depth options, click the SmartDraw Button to the left of the Quick Access Toolbar. In the Application Menu that appears, you have many options of what you want to do with your map.

You can export to many different file types, email the map, choose the type of file to save the map as, and more.
