Invite Your Team to Collaborate and Share Visuals Easily

Invite your team to collaborate on any diagram easily.

1. Click the Share button.
2. Choose Copy Link from the drop down.
3. Make sure the option "Anyone with this link can View and Edit" is selected.
4. Click the Copy Link button and drop that link in an email, Slack, or Teams channel.

You can share a diagram with anyone. They won't need an account to see your visual.

Work in Common Folders

Empower your team to collaborate effortlessly using shared folders. The license administration can either inherit permissions and shared folders from a connected 3rd party integration or create shared folders on SmartDraw and assign groups of users the right permissions to access and edit diagrams.
